Laying in bed getting ready to sleep for the night I was listening to my heart rythem with my ear tight against the pillow. My was heart beating louder than normal and my stomach was light but felt really good more like a blissful feeling throughout my body. I began automatically taking big slow ocean wave sounding breaths.
I practised one of my Ascension activation techniques as it felt like my body was almost making me do it anyway so I anticipated the moment. My technique was about sending the message to move my arms/body but stay absolutly still. The feeling is as if your in a calm room and someone or something creates a startling noise and you feel it suddenly for a split second fluctuation within your belly or gut like butterflies. I would classify that as your chakra being engaged. Imagine for a moment that you kept holding onto the feeling and you can make it come or go and force the whole feeling through your whole body. I promoted the sensation from my forehead (third eye as some say) and asked the feeling to raise in the center of my chest and expand everywhere.
This calling of energy (pure excitement) triggered a new reaction. As soon as I gave myself a rest from initiating these electrical signals.. my heart started pumping and then in my throat in a circular area as big as a tenis ball, my throat felt like it had its own heart beat and together with my heart felt as if the whole beating was a rythem pulsating 3 times faster than normal. I didn't panic as there was no pain. Thoughts in mind rushed to me like what would my son do without me if I left this plane of existance and would I be able to at least interact with him.
As the thumping feeling happened, I felt more focused energy in my forhead as if I was concentrating harder. Heat penetrated areas of my body that felt like a heat lamp was being aimed at specific areas. The heat was felt in midle areas like cheast, forehead and in areas like bottoms of my feet and palms of my hands.
I believe it was more imagination than anything but I envisioned my hand begining to go out of phase with the material world specifically my bed sheets and I saw images in mind of my body glowing like infra-red or thermal vision. This experience could be what children experience when they go through growth spurts. the body gets hot, children experience sleepless nights etc. I couldn't sleep till 6 am, I was fully awake as if i just woke up.
