Date 01/30 Time: Dream Description Last night I had a recurring dream that I had to do the "breath of life" breathing technique to show others that it powers up Chakras to gain flight. Interestingly enough I woke up slowly realizing I was breathing the same way! There was a pulse growing within that could have triggered another event like from listening to "Spiritflight". Date: 01/28 Time: between 5 & 6am Description My heart/charkra began pulsing early this morning. It wasn't a big event although I noticed that I wanted to depress my sternum (using muscles to pull it inward) after working a little with "Breath Of Life" breathing technique. What is interesting to note is that I was again working with Spiritflight, but this time the 4.1 surround sound version. Normally I would have expected a reaction in the Summer/warmer periods of the year but its a very good sign that with the music it can happen consistantly after listening to Spiritflight. My speakers are studio monitors (contains both high & low sound range) and the Ascension pulse was surrounding me during playback. My experience was interupted from loud bull dosers plowing the snow off the roads close by. Foods & Beverages before incident At supper I ate barly with goats milk as a cerial.
